Dikchhin REGMI, RN, BN, Diploma Nursing, Cert IV TAE
CEO and Educator

As a Registered Nurse who moved from Nepal to Australia to pursue my nursing career, I’ve walked the challenging path of transitioning my practice from overseas to the Australian healthcare system. I’ve experienced the struggles, the doubts, and the triumphs of becoming a nurse in a new country. Now, I want to turn my journey into an opportunity to inspire and support thousands of overseas Registered Nurses who, like I once did, dream of making Australia their place of professional success.

With over five years of experience across diverse healthcare settings gained through working in victorian public health sector, travel nursing and a commitment to continuous learning, I am dedicated to helping others navigate this transition and fulfill their nursing dreams.

Through my own experiences, I’ve gained valuable insights that I now share to guide others on their path. Join me on this journey—together, we will learn, grow, and achieve, making your Australian dream a reality just as I did.

Let’s inspire each other and create a future where every overseas nurse can thrive in Australia’s healthcare system. We’ll have some fun along the way! Strength: Critical thinking, fearless, friendly, strong communication skills Weakness: Perfectionism, loves to take responsibilities.

Fun fact about me; I’ve always been someone who embraces challenges and adventure. When I’m not working as a nurse, you’ll find me travelling to a new town or country, trying out new cuisine, or taking on activities that push me outside my comfort zone. Life’s too short not to have fun along the way!
